Arctic blast

Boy, is it ever cold out there.  We got about an inch of snow overnight and it’s 20ºF (-7ºC), but the wind is blowing over 20 mph (32km/h) and that makes it feel very, very chilly. The cold cuts right through!

The snow looks nice this morning at the farm, but oh, that wind! If you'll notice, the flag at the top of the leg is straight out!

Not enough snow to make us clear the roads with a  blade or blower, but it’s a little slick in spots.  The kids at SK went back to school today, without a delay.

Glad to do some indoor office work this morning!  I hate to say it, but the Weather Channel is predicting below-zero temps by the weekend.  Hope the wind dies down by then.
