It’s a little more cold today than yesterday.
It’s another ‘snow day’ for schools in the area. I really thought they’d go back today, perhaps with a delay, but the foggy drizzle overnight made the roads a bit slick this morning. Surely the schools will open tomorrow.
John is out with the Pete, taking corn to GPC. He’ll have to drive a bit more carefully, especially on our lane, but I’m confident he can make the trips today safely.
Brandon is inside our smallest bin, ‘sweeping’ it out. He follows the sweep with a scoop shovel and broom, to remove all the grain, clean it out, and move the grain to the overhead load-out bin.
Winter does not arrive for 12 days, but it sure looks like winter out there today!
