We received 1.4″ (36mm) of rain yesterday.  That’ll take a few days to dry up.  The good news is that the forecast calls for increasing temperatures, up into the 70s by the weekend.

Thinking back about 2012, we fully completed our planting on April 13!  That was a great pleasure on that day.  But we would prefer not to duplicate the drought of 2012.

As always, each year has its own unique personality, with lessons to be learned, and opportunities to grasp, and challenges to face…
