Spent the day out in the JD 7130 tractor with the bush hog. Spent all day mowing roadsides and some levees to make them look ‘cared for’. We appreciate the appearance of the freshly-mowed roadsides and levees. Not sure if this will be the final pass across these areas ahead of harvest season. Will be out some more tomorrow.

By the way, “bush hog” is a brand name that has taken over for the actual name of the machine: rotary cutter. Just like “Kleenex” is what we call tissues. Do you do that, too?
