Even though it’s nearly 10 am, it’s pretty dark outside, and getting darker. Thick, dark clouds and thunder loom in the west.

Here’s the current radar map. After the storm passes, looks like the rain will stick around most of the day.
We received 1.5″ (38mm) of rain yesterday, and it’s apparent that more is on the way. Our goal of early-April planting is getting pushed back!
We must remember that only a year ago, we had a very rainy spring that delayed our planting-time goals. Even so, we harvested our best corn ever. It’s always best to trust our Maker.
