Gray Monday

September 17, 2012

It’s overcast and light sprinkles this morning.  Not a good bean-cutting day.  To search for an alternative, we got some hand-samples of the replant corn at Roberson.  We got 26.7% when we tested it.  A little too wet to get us excited about going after it.  If it was 23%, we’d turn the green light on!

Instead, I collected for the delivered corn, and made the bank deposit.

Tomorrow, sunshine is predicted, and that may allow us to continue with soybean harvest.
