Busy morning

Thursday, March 10, 2022

It’s sunny here, but kinda chilly.  36ºF (2c).  Even so, lots of stuff happening here today.

Haulin’, sweepin’, and gradin’…

Bill is hauling corn to market at Newburgh.   Here, we load him up to go again.

Brandon is sweeping out a grain bin.

John is grading the lane and farm lot.

#plant22 is coming!

We are inching closer to field work for 2022.  There remains some clearing to do at the new Leser place, and we are striving to get that complete.  There will always be adjustments to your planning as it gets closer and closer… some changes are significant, and some are not.  Flexibility is a good attribute to have… and, of course, I’m better at that some days, and some days I’m not.

But we look ahead to another crop for 2022 with faith and hope and optimism.
