It’s a beautiful day out there today, even if it’s a little cool–63ºF. Thin, wispy clouds dot the clear and deep blue sky. A gentle breeze is blowing, adding to the chill in the air.
The guys are in the shop today working on an upgrade to one of the Wilson grain trailers. They are installing a package of items that will motorize the operation of the tarp on top and the unloading door-gates at the bottom. This will allow the truck driver to roll up the tarp and uncover the trailer with the push of a button on the remote control. This same little remote will also open and close the doors under each hopper. This should make the use of the trailer much easier for the truck driver. It seems like a pretty big task, but they’ll get it done, and it’ll work great when they finish.
HS girls’ basketball is now in regular season play… it seems like that arrived so quickly. Boys’ games begin on November 23. We will go see a couple middle school games tonight. Basketball in Indiana. How sweet.
Have a great weekend, everyone.
