We received 1.7 inches (44mm) rain over the weekend.  The skies remain overcast today.  Rain is predicted for next Friday.  Field work is stopped.

John is doing a little repair work to the field cultivator.  The warning lights on the back of the machine need to be replaced, and he will get that done today.

Office work is being done, paying some bills and reconciling the books with the bank accounts’ monthly statements.

We will make a trip to inspect the planted fields, to check on the condition of the seeds in the soil.
